Refund policy

If you would like a refund before your product is customised, please reach out to our support team at so we can refund you before your item is made. 

Unfortunately, once your item is fully customised ( 3-5 days within placing of an order ), we cannot give out refunds. 

However, if you receive your item and there is any issue with what you receive, we take 100% responsibility in such cases and provide returns/refunds until you're satisfied. 



If you haven't received your refund after 4 days of being approved, then contact your bank. It may take some time for your refund to be processed and officially posted.
